Site policy
Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary of what this site does — and does not — collect about you.
The short version
This site collects the minimum needed to understand aggregate readership. It sets no cookies, runs no accounts, and never sells data — there is nothing to sell.
Analytics
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page views. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not build advertising profiles. It records aggregate statistics such as which pages are visited and roughly how many visitors arrive — it does not store your IP address in an identifiable way.
Cookies
Water Resources Hub itself sets no cookies in your browser. The calculators and quizzes on this site run entirely in your browser with plain JavaScript; your inputs are never sent to any server.
Purchases
Paid products (practice exams and quizzes) are sold through our Gumroad store. When you buy, your payment and any email you provide are handled by Gumroad under Gumroad's privacy policy. We do not see or store your payment details.
This site has no newsletter and no email sign-up forms of its own. If you contact us through the contact page, your message is sent to the site owner by email and used only to reply to you.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone. The only third parties involved are GoatCounter (aggregate analytics, described above) and Gumroad (purchases, described above).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
